Column #2: Look At Me!

Have you ever just sat and watched those celebrity news shows and wonder why
they never follow around the girls and guys of the adult industry? I do. Constantly. But then, it would make sense that I find me and my friends more fascinating than anyone else wouldn’t it? I don’t know. I just can’t imagine why we are not interesting enough to follow. We get to go to work everyday and have the greatest time. Sometimes I wake up and just thank heavens that I am working in an industry where I am excited every day by my job -- literally and figuratively!

But if a real news show were following us around, then they could catch us without our make-up on -- and let me tell you, that would shock just about all of our fans! No one looks that good without makeup and good lighting, I hate to break it to you. Or they could see us after a scene when our pussies are all swollen and our legs are wobbly and our eyes are bloodshot because we just had a big load shot right in them. I think it would be funny, entertaining and ultimately informative to shatter the illusion of what our world is like. Because you think you know, but you have nooo idea!

Even when it comes to our everyday lives outside of work, we are just normal people. I go to the grocery store. I get recognized sometimes, but that’s about the only difference. It’s still the strangest thing getting recognized at the grocery store, actually. I guess having someone follow me around while I pick up the bread and milk isn’t nearly as interesting as what happened when I was on set, right?

I guess maybe we should count our lucky stars that we don’t have to run away from people giving us more publicity then we really need or want, lol. Maybe it’s just me but I wouldn’t mind every once in a while having someone following me and taking my pictures to sell to magazines that sell millions of copies. Tabloids, have at me!

I guess I will have to resort to having and illicit affair with some freshly
divorced celebrity and then sell my story.
