A tribute to all the women who have ever crushed it, the shattered glass ceiling paperweight symbolizes all of women past, present, and future at work.

This artwork sent its own panes, and a large heavy-weight pewter paperweight was placed in the middle of each pane to counteract any excess movement by the broken glass.  Handmade from imported materials in Lincoln, Rhode Island.Unique patterns are created when the glass is broken, making each piece one-of-a-kind.
